refund policy
We hope you are thrilled about your new KIRAs. If for any reason you are not,
please return the not worn shoes within 45 days from the day you received your order.
If you purchased our product from a retail store or third-party website other than kirasustainable.com, please make all inquiries directly through the retailer.
RETURNS
The shoes must be returned:
– in unworn condition;
– in their original packaging;
– accompanied by your order number;
PROCESS OF RETURNING
After posting the items, send us an email via sales@kirashoes.com to inform us about your returns. Please include your order number and if possible, parcel tracking code in the email.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange the shoes for another size instead of a refund, send us an email at sales@kirashoes.com specifying your wish along with your order number and desired new size.
Please note: Additional duties, taxes or posting charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us.
REFUNDS
The credit for your returned items will be refunded back to the account from which you placed the original order. Once the return process is completed, you should receive a confirmation email. You can then expect the refund within 30 days.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We will always check every pair of shoes thoroughly before sending it to you. However, mistakes are human and sometimes things get damaged in transit. In these cases, we take full responsibility and replace the faulty item in the same size.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us via sales@kirashoes.com and request an exchange. Faulty items must be returned to us within 30 days of being received by you.
